WALTON COUNTY, Fla. — Oasis Medical Solutions, an experienced rural healthcare technology consultancy, announced today its partnership with Doctors Medical Center of Walton County under the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), managed by the Northwest Florida Health Council. The Northwest Florida Health Collaborative supports this initiative and secured more than $46 million over the next five years to transform healthcare delivery across the region.

Following the RHTP kickoff, Doctors Medical Center is executing targeted clinical goals, notably Initiative 10 — Chronic Care Network. This initiative deploys clinic-owned Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) kits managed by clinic RNs to deliver care in the home for Walton County. The program targets a Year 1 capacity of 250 patients on clinic-owned kits, supporting a five-year aim to ensure monitoring stays in Walton County.

To turn these grant milestones into operational reality, Oasis Medical Solutions is the primary partner for training and analytics support. Oasis is maximizing the clinic's existing Azalea Health electronic health record (EHR). The Oasis team works side by side with staff to teach daily workflows, configure the chart for new placements, and build automated reporting, so quarterly figures generate directly from the record instead of being built by hand.

"For a Rural Health Clinic, this is the difference between a system that sits in the background and a system that pays for itself," Ashley Williams, Oasis Co-founder, said. "An RHC cannot carry extra staff to build reports by hand or wait on a third party to pull the numbers that decide whether the clinic stays open. If the team knows the metrics, follows established workflows, and conducts regular reviews, the data becomes the tool that supports billing, quality, and next year’s funding. That is sustainability. The grant ends. The capacity does not."

Supporting rural providers since 1994, Oasis Medical Solutions partners directly with clinical and administrative teams to optimize EHR systems, streamline clinical workflows, and establish automated analytics that ensure long-term clinical quality and financial sustainability
